The Restoring & Reunifying Relationships Educator Track equips teachers, school counselors, administrators, and student‑support professionals with the tools needed to recognize and respond to family‑system conflict that affects student behavior, attendance, emotional functioning, and academic performance. The course aligns with educational professional standards by strengthening competencies in trauma‑responsive practice, child development, bias‑aware interpretation of student behavior, documentation accuracy, and student‑safety protocols.

Educators learn to identify loyalty conflicts, triangulation, emotional contagion, and other dynamics common in high‑conflict family situations. The curriculum reinforces neutral communication strategies, non‑leading responses, and documentation practices that comply with school policy, state educational guidelines, and mandated‑reporting requirements.
